1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or purchasing any Winmac service, training session, certification track or subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Services
Winmac provides enterprise networking, cybersecurity and custom software services, together with IT training through Winmac Technology Center. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing for professional engagements are set out in a separate signed proposal or statement of work.
3. Training & video library
The video library subscription grants access to all paid tutorials for the duration of an active subscription. Access is personal to the subscriber and may not be shared, resold or redistributed. Live tutorial sessions are scheduled in advance and delivered online via the meeting link shown in the student portal after payment is confirmed.
4. Payments & billing
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for digital purchases. Subscription fees are billed monthly until cancelled. One-time purchases (live sessions, certification tracks, consultations) are billed at the published rate at the time of checkout.
5. Cancellation
A video library subscription may be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. No further charges are made after cancellation.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials, recordings, documentation and software produced by Winmac remain the property of Winmac. Subscribers receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own learning during an active subscription.
7. Service availability
Winmac uses reasonable endeavours to keep the website and training portal available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances outside our control, including internet or third-party service outages.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winmac's liability for any single claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are between you and Winmac Technology Services (Reg. No. 13212/2026), Chocolate Hole, Junction P.O., St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, and are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica.
10. Changes to these terms
Winmac may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
